Education

Oscar Bowles
I joined Daugherty Luckey in October 2023 as a law clerk providing litigation support to our founding partners. I earned a Master of Laws (LLB) from Universidad Mayor de San Simón in Bolivia and a Master of Laws (LLM) in U.S. Law from George Mason University.
Having experienced my parents' divorce as a child, I understand firsthand the emotional and practical challenges families face during such transitions. This personal insight fuels my commitment to supporting clients with empathy and precision, particularly in civil litigation and family law matters.
As a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, I bring discipline, and a mission-focused mindset to every case, whether working independently or as part of a team. I am especially passionate about identifying legal risks, opportunities, and tailored solutions through in-depth research and analysis.
My core strengths include litigation support, legal research using online databases, tracing property, and managing documentation. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, I strive to connect with clients across diverse backgrounds. Outside the office, I enjoy giving back through volunteer work, staying active through sports, traveling with my partner, and staying grounded through my faith and church.
